Projets de terrain

Tous les projets menés jusqu’à présent ont été et sont toujours décidés en commun accord avec la population locale. L’association finance la moitié des coûts, l’autre moitié est prise en charge par la communauté locale, afin que les villageois aient la pleine responsabilité du projet. Quand la présence d’un professionnel est nécessaire, l’association prend en charge l’intégralité des frais. Une fois le projet terminé, nous réalisons un suivi pendant les 3 premières années afin de nous assurer de son bon fonctionnement et de sa viabilité.

A l'heure actuelle, nous avons menés à bien des projets dans 5 districts du pays. Nous vous présentons ici une liste non exhaustive de ce qui a été réalisé.

 

  • ENVIRONNEMENT

- Sensibilisation à la gestion des déchets auprès des écoles de Mandredhunga et Tatopani.

- Construction d’un incinérateur à déchets dans le village de Mandredhunga.

- Création d’une pépinière collective à Mandredhunga et engagement d’un gestionnaire salarié par l’association pendant les trois premières années. Ce projet est maintenant viable et est autonome financièrement.

- Lancement d’un programme de ramassage des déchets dans le district du Miagdy, essentiellement auprès des écoles.

 

  • SANTE

- Réalisation d’une campagne de sensibilisation sur le HIV en collaboration avec l’ONG INF, dans le village de Tatopani.

- Création et équipement d’un laboratoire d’analyses au sein du dispensaire médical de Tatopani, et engagement d’un laborantin salarié par l’association. Le laboratoire réalise des analyses médicales sur des échantillons de sang, d’urines et de selles. Depuis la fin de la guerre civile, le dispensaire médical finance lui-même le fonctionnement du laboratoire.

- Achats de matériel médical et d’équipements de laboratoire pour les dispensaires de Tatopani et d’Ashrang.

- Création d’une centrale de récupération de déchets médicaux au dispensaire d’Ashrang.

- Approvisionnement en médicaments pour le dispensaire de Tatopani durant les années de guerre civile.

- Soutien financier à Chany Maya, une jeune fille atteinte de spina-bifida. L’association a pris en charge une partie de ses frais médicaux et de ses frais de scolarité. Malheureusement, Chany Maya est décédée en 2016, suite à une dégradation de son état de santé.

- Achat d’un groupe électrogène de sécurité pour le dispensaire d’Ashrang.

- Récolte de matériel médical en Belgique et distribution dans différents dispensaires du Népal

- Campagne d’analyse de groupes sanguins et élaboration de cartes officielles pour la commune de Bhurung Tatopani.



 

  • EDUCATION

- Durant la guerre civile, le salaire des enseignants n’était plus assuré par l’Etat. L’association a pris en charge les salaires de 4 professeurs dans deux écoles de la région du Myagdi, pendant une période de 5 ans.

- Création d’une bibliothèque pour l’école de Mandredhunga (construction du bâtiment, achat du mobilier et des livres).

- Aménagement d’un laboratoire scientifique pour l’école de Tatopani (rénovation d’une classe et achat du matériel).

- Récolte de fourniture scolaire en Belgique et distribution dans différentes écoles du Népal.

- Rénovation des peintures de différentes écoles à Tatopani et à Mandredhunga.

- Construction de toilettes pour les filles à l’école d’Ashrang.

- Construction d’un terrain de sport et d’une rampe d’accès pour les personnes handicapées à l’école de Tatopani

 

 

  • AUTRES

- Mise en place d’un transformateur et d’une ligne électrique distribuant l’électricité dans toutes les maisons du village d’Ashrang.

- Mise en place de canalisations d’eau potable dans tout le village de Mandredhunga
